| What is
required of my pet? We require that all inoculations are up to date. This needs to be done annually. Your vet will be able to assist you with this. If it is not up to date, at this stage, it will need to be done 14 days or more before your bring your pet in. We also request that you use a product such as “frontline” for tick and flea control before your pets arrival. Most of these products last for 4 – 6 weeks and will not become less affective if your pet does get wet as long as it is done 2 days before arrival. |

| What do
I need to bring with? Most important is the inoculation certificate that you will get from your vet. Unfortunately, no matter how far in advance you have booked, no certificate, no entry! We do supply bedding but if you prefer your pet to have his or her own you are welcome to bring it with. If you choose to do so, please ensure that all bedding is clearly marked with your pets name as we may need to take it out to wash it. We do not take responsibility for damage to bedding. Even though they may never have chewed their pillow before. Chances are that the first time will be in the kennel. Please don’t bring food or water bowls. We have stainless steel bowls that ar washed daily and are very hygienic. |

What happens if my pet becomes ill? We have a vet on 24 hour call. When checking in, you will be asked for the name and telephone number of your own vet. If it is practical we will make use of your vet. In the case that he or she is not available, we will contact our vet on call. We will contact you in such a case and keep you updated. |

I see you are only open
certain hours. Who looks after the animals out of these hours? The staff and I all live on the property. There is 24 hour supervision. Out of these hours is when most of the work is done in the kennels i.e. feeding cleaning, checking the animals etc. |

| My
pets are like my children, How will they cope in a kennel? The reason I went into the kennel business is my love for animals. I am at my happiest when surrounded by dogs and cats. I only employ people with the same feelings. Each and every animal will receive the attention he or she needs to feel at home. They do cope because they are never lonely and never board. |
